The monthly twitter chat on Mexico, #MexChat, is once again offering a prize. If you participate on June 11th (1pm ET / 10am PT) by sending a tweet you automatically become eligible to win 2 nights in Loreto, Baja California Sur, Mexico. And this time, it is not just one winner but two different winners. Yes, two people will be winning accommodations in Loreto, Mexico. 
Where is Loreto?
Well, the June MexChat has the destination theme of Baja, Mexico. So yes, Loreto is in Baja or Baja California Sur (the state name) to be more exact. It is on the eastern coast and on the Sea of Cortez. Also, the town expects to be awarded the coveted distinction of a “pueblo magico.” These special towns, pueblos, are highlighted because they contain cultural significance and a charm (or a “magic”).
Specifically Loreto is known for its fishing (by me, although I have never been there), but I understand it is a great place for diving, kayaking, hiking, and has activities to suite many tastes. Loreto Bay offers great natural beauty with islands on one side and the beautiful Sierra de la Giganta desert on the other. Loreto was also the first Spanish settlement on the Baja California Peninsula.

Both the Villa del Palmar Loreto and Hotel Sante Fe Loreto are each giving away two nights for two people (plus two children). Each winner will receive the prize in the form of a gift certificate.

Ok, What is MexChat?
MexChat or #MexChat (as on Twitter) is essentially a conversation in a form of a series of questions and answers based on a theme about Mexico. The theme changes monthly and this month, the theme is “Baja California.” The questions will be designed to allow you to learn about destinations or activities inside Mexico. Hosts will ask the questions and everyone answers. Participants have the chance to voice their opinions on Mexico and learn about what is really happening south of the border (if you are in the US like me) from those who live there, travel there, or want to. It’s a great place learn more about Mexico.

How is the winner selected?
The winner must tweet at least once during the chat using the #mexchat handle. It begins at 1pm ET / 10am PT and ends at 2pm ET / 11am PT. All eligible tweets during the identified question will enter a random drawing. Each twitter handle is only entered once regardless of the number of tweets and the tweet must be an original (no retweets)
The random drawing will be held by random.org, and one winner will be selected.
Are there any restrictions?
Both Hotel Sante Fe Loreto and Villa del Palmar Loreto will be provide the two night’s accommodations. No other costs will be covered by any of the hosts, the hotels, or Stay adventurous. The prize is as it states.
