Hong Kong is a must see city and one must do when visiting is to take Victoria Peak Tram to take in the view of the skyline and harbor from above. It’s one of the best skyline viewpoints in the world.

But what I appreciated most about the vibrant city was its contrasts. The tall skyscrapers next to the mountainous jungle; the still sea in the harbor against the populated city; the modern world built around ancient wonders; the hustle and bustle next to a peaceful place; and the Chinese “ownership,” but the fact it is definitely not mainland China. Yes, the contrasts of the city definitely delight. Hong Kong is a place worth visiting if not even living for a period of time.
