Taking the teleferico or funicular to the top of Monserrate is a must do when in the capital city of Colombia.  The views of Bogota from above are beautiful. And when visiting one can also find beauty inside the 17th century church, enjoy a meal at one of the summit restaurants or just stroll through among its colonial charm.
