Puerto Vallarta Episode 1, The Bitácora Chronicles Begin

Today, I am returning to sunny Vallarta. My last time in Puerto Vallarta I worked with Visit Mexico and filmed my adventures as part of the Bitácora project. Simply translated, Bitácora means journal.

I already shared episode 1 from my Riviera Nayarit Bitácora and now all the epsidoes are complete and I will be sharing both the Riviera Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta episodes on this site.

Episode I – Puerto Vallarta.

This episode provides an overview of the complete six day adventure through Puerto Vallarta and its neighboring destinations.  Come explore the Bay of Banderas, the towns of Yelapa and San Sebastian del Oeste and sample the culinary delights of a “foodie” destination. See Mr. Stay Adventurous in action, learn about the destinations inside Puerto Vallarta and the adventures that await visitors to Puerto Vallarta.

Winter Eco-Adventure Trip to Puerto Vallarta

On this return trip, the adventures will be different than the video (summer visit) with an eco-adventure focused itinerary. I’ll be hiking the Sierra Madre mountains, visiting the “El Salado” Estuary and waking up early for both bird watching and a return to Bay of Banderas for some Whale Watching.  Plus there will plenty of adventure in cuisine and as always I also definitely plan to catch another famous Puerto Vallarta sunset.

Then, after the 2015 version of Mexican March Madness (#mexmarchmadness), you can expect more details about this trip and also the further release of the video clips from the Bitácora Project, my Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit chronicles.
