Sunset Sunday – Beech Mountain, Pocono Mountains, PA

As summer approaches, the days are getting longer and for many of us living up north look forward to the later sunset. This often translates to more, rest, more leisure, and more time for an afternoon cocktail.

One place I enjoy many of these longer, warmer, days are the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.
